Space and functionality was importance for these homeowners, but they also wanted a space that was charming and yet had a bit of an edge. The modern luxury theme was perfect, with neutral colours that make it simple, timeless and adaptable.
Storage spaces were incorporated strategically into the clean and minimalistic look. The hall and the rooms feature plenty of built-in cabinets that expand the space while defining the zones within the areas as well. What brings it all together is the strategic use of lighting. Accent lights were generously used to add glamour. We also emboldened the dining room with decorative lighting that adds a sleek aesthetic to the room while flowing with the rest of the design.
